Upset over defective bottle that leaked terribly from split in seam, it was unusable so it was wasted, had throw it away as don’t want to use the open bottle. For a damaged $18.00 bottle of lube on an almost $150.00 purchase I’d expect better customer care and support than the reply I received. Received very unpleasant, discourteous response from customer service team to my email. They were demanding and rudely asked about what and why this happened and this was clearly a defective product or was damaged as box was partially crushed in at end but the second Ice lube was not that damaged, only scraped up and the fleshlight was fine. Stunned that this happened but obviously care was not taken during transport…did they run the box over? Shoddy handling of the package which was a shame as this is a wonderful product and love several fleshlights - from a dedicated longtime customer.
